According to the information indicated in the online registration – invoicing information section, the amount of the registration fee will be charged as follow:
- European Companies with VAT number registration fees VAT 22% exempt – reverse charge
- European individuals with VAT number registration fees VAT 22% exempt
- European individuals registration fees VAT 22% included
- Non-European Companies with VAT number registration fees VAT 22% exempt
- Non-European individuals registration fees VAT 22% included
Registration fee includes
Registration fees include: access to the virtual congress platform, on demand congress sessions until December 19, 2021, certificate of attendance.
Registrations will close on June 11 at 19,00 CEST time.

All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, VISA, Eurocard/Master Card).
The cancellation of registrations should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International in writing only. The registration fees less than 30% administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before May 9, 2021. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.
Unexpected cancellation of the event or impossibility to hold it
In the unlikely case that the European Pancreatic Club cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, etc) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
Confirmation of registration
An invoice will be issued as written confirmation of your registration by the Organizing Secretariat.

The Group registration is offered when a single sponsor/travel agency registers at least 10 individuals.
The early registration fee will be applied when the payment is received by April 30, 2021, even without the list of participants. Final list of participants must be inserted in internet within May 9, 2021.
The final list of participants must be inserted in internet by May 9, 2021. After May 9, 2021 registrations will have to be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Important: group reservation without the individual email addresses of the participants will not be accepted. Individual email addresses must be included in order to register a group.
After May 31, 2021 name changes will be charged of an handling fee of Euro 50,00 (VAT 22% included) per name change. A new registration form for each replacement will be required before the name change can be processed.
